Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi (economic development) merupakan hal yang paling utama untuk menggerakkan roda perekonomian suatu bangsa. Dalam upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemerintah menciptakan suatu program yaitu Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dinamika organisasi BUM Pekon dalam mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat desa, hubungan antara fungsi kepemimpinan dengan dinamika organisasi BUM Pekon, hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi anggota BUM Pekon dengan dinamika organisasi BUM Pekon, hubungan antara dinamika organisasi BUM pekon dengan keberhasilan BUM Pekon dalam mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Way Krui Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2025 yang ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa 10 pekon memiliki BUM Pekon yang aktif dan memiliki jenis usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap 10 organisasi BUM Pekon yang berada di Kecamatan Way Krui. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika BUM Pekon secara keseluruhan tergolong cukup dinamis, fungsi kepemimpinan berhubungan dengan tingkat partisipasi anggota dan dinamika organisasi BUM Pekon. Selain itu, dinamika organisasi juga berhubungan dengan keberhasilan BUM Pekon dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Kata kunci: BUM Pekon, Dinamika Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, Partisipasi, Perekonomian Desa. Economic development is the most important thing to move the wheels of a nation's economy. In an effort to improve community welfare, the government created a program, namely Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This study aims to find out how the dynamics of the BUM Pekon organization in developing the economy of the village community, the relationship between the leadership function and the organizational dynamics of BUM Pekon, the relationship between the level of participation of BUM Pekon members and the organizational dynamics of BUM Pekon, the relationship between the organizational dynamics of BUM Pekon and the success of BUM Pekon in developing the economy of the village community in Way Krui District, West Coast Regency. Data collection was carried out in May- June 2025 which was determined deliberately (purposive) taking into account that 10 pekon have active BUM Pekon and have business types. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation of 10 BUM Pekon organizations located in Way Krui District. Data analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rank correlation statistical test. The results of the study show that the overall dynamics of BUM Pekon are quite dynamic, the leadership function is related to the level of member participation and the organizational dynamics of BUM Pekon. In addition, organizational dynamics are also related to the success of BUM Pekon in improving the economy of the village community.
