Abstract
Sektor konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor dengan tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja tertinggi di Indonesia, menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan aspek keselamatan kerja di lingkungan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh safety leadership dan safety culture terhadap safety performance sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan di perusahaan konstruksi. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori perilaku organisasi dengan konsep safety leadership, safety culture, serta safety performance. Sampel penelitian adalah 31 orang karyawan divisi operasional di salah satu perusahaan konstruksi di Bandar Lampung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan safety leadership dan safety culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap safety performance. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan mampu meningkatkan perhatian terhadap kepemimpinan dan budaya keselamatan secara konsisten guna menjaga serta meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Keselamatan, Budaya Keselamatan, Kinerja Keselamatan, Keselamatan Kerja The construction sector is one of the industries with the highest risk of workplace accidents in Indonesia, highlighting the importance of strengthening occupational safety aspects within project environments. This study aims to analyze the influence of safety leadership and safety culture on safety performance as an effort to improve safety outcomes in construction companies. The hypotheses in this research are based on organizational behavior theory, incorporating the concepts of safety leadership, safety culture, and safety performance. The sample consists of 31 operational division employees from a construction company in Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 29. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, safety leadership and safety culture have a positive and significant effect on safety performance. The implications of this study suggest that companies should consistently enhance their focus on leadership and safety culture to maintain and further improve safety performance.
