Abstract
Kemampuan komunikasi matematis merupakan kemampuan esensial dalam pembelajaran abad 21 yang menuntut siswa memiliki literasi tinggi, pemecahan masalah kompleks dan menyampaikan ide secara logis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ALQURUN Teaching Model terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pretest posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas 7 SMPN 1 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 yang terdistribusi dalam 11 kelas. Sampel penelitian dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, yaitu kelas 7.8 dengan 24 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas 7.7 dengan 22 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil uji Mann- Whitney U, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran ALQURUN Teaching Model lebih tinggi dibandingkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, penerapan pembelajaran ALQURUN Teaching Model berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Kata kunci: ALQURUN teaching model, kemampuan komunikasi matematis Mathematical communication skills is an essential ability in 21st -century learning that requires students to have high literacy, complex problem solving and convey ideas logically. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of ALQURUN Teaching Model on students' mathematical communication skills. This research was quasi experiment research with pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study was all 7th grade students of SMPN 1 Bandar Lampung in the academic year of 2024/2025 which were distributed in 11 classes. The research sample was selected through purposive sampling technique, namely class 7.8 with 24 students as the experimental group and 7.7 with 22 students as the control group. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney U test, it is concluded that the mathematical communication skills of students who received ALQURUN Teaching Model learning are higher than the mathematical communication skills of students who received conventional learning. Thus, the implementation of ALQURUN Teaching Model learning has an effect on students' mathematical communication skills. Keywords: ALQURUN teaching model, mathematical communication skills
