Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
The emergence of the supervision of general election was based on a consideration that the execution of general election needs to be monitoring to make it can be done based on the general election’s principle. In doing the fungtion of monitoring the commission of general election together whit others general elections supervisions have a certain duty n’ authority such as monitoring the coordinatoion and general election’s coordinator, form monitoring the stop the coordination, receving the coordination report, deliving the finding and the report and then forwording to the instantion who have the authority to monitor the coordinasion of the senction recommendation to the members of KPU,province, regency KPU to secretary general and the staff, the secretary of regency KPU and the staff of its secretariat who have prove in doing something wich disturb the steps of gen-elec coordination. The discussion result of this research showed that formating of the legislative committee supervisior duty to the general election dept was not carried out based on characteristic principle of independente and did not appliyd fair n’honesty principle after the verdict of constitution court No II/PUU-VIII?2010 which decide the change of pasal 93,94, and 95 of the law No 22 Tahun 2007 which gave full authority to the Bawaslu in the case organizing Panwaslu . After that verdict of constitution court, Bawaslu issued the regulation no 01 year 2010 about the rule of appointment the member of province general election supervisiory committee, regenercy committee, subdistrict general election supervisisory, subdistrict general election supervisory committee n’field general election supervisiory committee according to the regulation of Bawaslu No 01 year 2010 the recruitment process of Panwaslu region will be done by selection team. Therefor at the end of april 2010, Bawaslu had started the process of formatting the selection team
