This study aims to analyze raw material procurement, added value, profit, cost of goods sold, marketing channels, and the role of supporting services in the kepok banana chips agroindustry. Respondents in this study were the owner and employees of the agroindustry production department. The method used is a case study at Dwi Putra Agroindustry in West Tulang Bawang Regency. This research was conducted in November 2024 - December 2024. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the procurement of raw materials at Dwi Putra Agroindustry has met the six criteria, namely the right time, the right place, the right quality, the right type, the right quantity, and the right price. Added value is positive for chocolate banana chips, sweet banana chips, and salted banana chips produced because NT>0. The profit earned by Dwi Putra Agroindustry per month for chocolate banana chips amounted to Rp38,125,159.02, sweet banana chips amounted to Rp28,639,991.38, and finally the profit of salted banana chips amounted to Rp47,414,479.81. The cost of goods sold of kepok banana chips at Dwi Putra Agroindustry for chocolate, sweet, and salty banana chips obtained results are not greater than the selling price of banana chip products. The distribution pattern or channel of banana chips at Dwi Putra Agroindustry consists of two channels, namely the first channel from producers to consumers and the second channel from producers to retailers and to consumers. Supporting services used to support banana chip products are financial institutions (banks), transportation facilities, information and communication technology, and markets. Keywords: Agroindustry, Kepok Banana Chips, System Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengadaan bahan baku, nilai tambah, keuntungan, harga pokok penjualan, saluran pemasaran, dan peran jasa layanan pendukung pada agroindustri keripik pisang kepok. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan karyawan bagian produksi agroindustri. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada Agroindustri Dwi Putra di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada November 2024 – Desember 2024. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan baku yang digunakan Agroindustri Dwi Putra adalah keripik pisang setengah matang. Pengadaan bahan baku pada Agroindustri Dwi Putra telah memenuhi kriteria enam tepat yaitu tepat waktu, tepat tempat, tepat kualitas, tepat jenis, tepat kuantitas, dan tepat harga. Nilai tambah bersifat positif baik untuk keripik pisang cokelat, keripik pisang manis, dan keripik pisang asin yang dihasilkan karena NT>0. Keuntungan yang diperoleh Agroindustri Dwi Putra per bulan untuk keripik pisang cokelat sebesar Rp38.125.159,02, keripik pisang manis sebesar Rp28.639.991,38, dan terakhir keuntungan keripik pisang asin sebesar Rp47.414.479,81. Harga pokok penjualan keripik pisang kepok untuk keripik pisang cokelat, manis, dan asin diperoleh hasil tidak lebih besar dari harga jual produk keripik pisang. Pola atau saluran distribusi keripik pisang terdiri dari dua saluran yaitu saluran pertama dari produsen ke konsumen dan saluran kedua dari produsen ke pedagang pengecer kemudian ke konsumen. Jasa layanan pendukung yang dimanfaatkan untuk menunjang produk keripik pisang adalah lembaga keuangan (Bank), sarana transportasi, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta pasar.
