Program Pemberian Permakanan bagi Lanjut Usia Tunggal merupakan upaya Negara Indonesia melalui Kementerian Sosial untuk menghormati, melindungi, dan memberikan jaminan sosial bagi lanjut usia tunggal dengan penyediaan makanan bergizi dua kali sehari. Sasaran Program ini adalah lanjut usia tunggal yang berusia 70 tahun ke atas, tergolong miskin atau tidak mampu, terdaftar dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), dan terdaftar seorang diri dalam Kartu Keluarga (KK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pelaksanaan Program Pemberian Permakanan bagi lanjut usia tunggal di Kecamatan Gadingrejo, Kabupaten Pringsewu menggunakan teori evaluasi Stufflebeam yang terdiri dari Context, Input, Process, and Product. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Pemberian Permakanan di Kecamatan Gadingrejo belum efektif karena masih terdapat Kartu Keluarga (KK) lanjut usia belum diperbarui sehingga belum mencerminkan status lanjut usia tunggal, masih adanya keterlambatan pencairan dana dan waktu pengiriman makanan, belum tersedianya tenaga ahli gizi untuk memastikan menu makanan sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan lansia, dan aplikasi SIKSMA masih sering mengalami gangguan teknis (eror) saat petugas kirim melakukan laporan bukti lansia telah menerima makanan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Lanjut Usia Tunggal, Program Pemberian Permakanan The Single Elderly Food Program is an effort by the state through the Ministry of Social Affairs to respect, protect, and provide social security for single elderly people by providing nutritious food twice a day. The target of this program is single elderly people aged 70 years and over, classified as poor or disadvantaged, registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS), and registered alone in the Family Card (KK). This study aims to assess the implementation of the Single Elderly Food Program in Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency using the Stufflebeam evaluation theory consisting of Context, Input, Process, and Product. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Food Provision Program in Gadingrejo District has not been effective because the Family Card (KK) of the elderly has not been updated so that it does not reflect the status of a single elderly person, there are still delays in the disbursement of funds and the time of food delivery, the unavailability of nutrition experts to ensure the adjustment of the food menu to the health conditions of the elderly, and the SIKSMA application still often experiences technical problems (errors) when the sending officer reports evidence that the elderly have received the food.
