This study aims to analyze the production costs and externality costs of the tofu agro-industry, profits with and without taking externalities into account, the willingness to pay (WTP) of the agro-industry to pay externality costs, and the impact of externalities on the community in Gunung Sulah Village, Way Halim District, Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a case study method on six agro-industries and a survey of 70 respondents, with profit analysis, WTP analysis with the CVM approach, and quantitative descriptive analysis. This study was conducted in April-May 2024. The results show that the average production cost incurred by the tofu agro-industry is IDR 45,100,344/month and the average externality cost is IDR 10,880/month including waste management costs in the form of SPAL construction and chimney construction. The average profit of the tofu agro-industry is IDR 10,249,656/month without external costs and IDR 10,238,777/month with external costs. The average WTP value for the six agro-industries is Rp111,111/month, with a minimum of Rp45,833/month and a maximum of Rp220,833/month. The positive externalities of the tofu agro-industry, particularly in the economic and social aspects, have a significant impact on the surrounding community, while the environmental aspects have a relatively small impact. The negative externalities of the tofu agro-industry that have a significant impact and are felt by the surrounding community are in the environmental aspect, while the social and economic aspects have a mild negative impact on the surrounding community. Keywords: externalities, profit, tofu agroindustry, willingness to pay (WTP) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya produksi dan biaya eksternalitas agroindustri tahu, keuntungan dengan dan tanpa memperhitungkan eksternalitas, kemauan membayar (WTP) agroindustri untuk membayar biaya eksternalitas, dan dampak eksternalitas terhadap masyarakat di Kelurahan Gunung Sulah, Kecamatan Way Halim, Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus pada enam agroindustri dan survei terhadap 70 responden, dengan analisis keuntungan, analisis WTP dengan pendekatan CVM, dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan agroindustri tahu adalah Rp45.100.344/bulan dan rata-rata biaya eksternalitas adalah Rp10.880/bulan termasuk biaya pengelolaan limbah berupa pembangunan SPAL dan pembangunan cerobong asap. Rata-rata keuntungan agroindustri tahu adalah Rp10.249.656/bulan tanpa biaya eksternal dan Rp10.238.777/bulan dengan biaya eksternal. Rata-rata nilai WTP untuk keenam agroindustri tersebut adalah Rp111.111/bulan, dengan minimum Rp45.833/bulan dan maksimum Rp220.833/bulan. Eksternalitas positif agroindustri tahu, khususnya pada aspek ekonomi dan sosial, memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap masyarakat sekitar, sedangkan aspek lingkungan memberikan dampak yang relatif kecil. Eksternalitas negatif agroindustri tahu yang memberikan dampak signifikan dan dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar adalah pada aspek lingkungan, sedangkan aspek sosial dan ekonomi memberikan dampak negatif yang ringan terhadap masyarakat sekitar.
