This study aims to analyze the influence of raw materials, labor, and capital on the production efficiency of the tempeh business in Gunung Sulah Village which affects production, then an analysis is carried out on the efficiency of the allocation of production factors, to find out the level of efficiency of the allocation of factors used in the tempeh processing industry business in Gunung Sulah Village, Bandar Lampung City. To test the significance of the production factor, it was carried out using a regression test with Cobb-Douglas function analysis. Meanwhile, the analysis of allocation efficiency is analyzed using the calculation of the production function to determine the amount of optimal factor use. The results of the significance test show that raw materials, labor, and capital have a positive and significant influence on tempeh production. The efficiency index of raw material allocation, labor, and capital of the Gunung Sulah tempeh industry is not efficient. The results of this study show the need for efficient use of raw materials, labor, and capital to maximize profits. Keywords: Allocation Efficiency, Cobb-Douglas, Gunung Sulah, Tempeh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan modal terhadap efisiensi produksi usaha tempe di Kelurahan Gunung Sulah yang berpengaruh pada produksi, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis tentang efisiensi alokasi faktor produksi, untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi alokasi faktor yang digunakan dalam usaha industri pengolahan tempe Kelurahan Gunung Sulah Kota Bandar Lampung. Untuk menguji signifikansi faktor produksi, dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi dengan analisis fungsi Cobb-Douglas. Sementara untuk analisis efisiensi alokasi dianalisa menggunakan perhitungan fungsi produksi untuk mengetahui jumlah penggunaan faktor optimum. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan modal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi tempe. Indeks efisiensi alokasi bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan modal industri tempe Gunung Sulah belum efisien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya efisiensi penggunaan bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan modal untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan. Kata Kunci: Cobb-Douglas, Efisiensi Alokasi, Gunung Sulah, Tempe.
