Abstract
The P2L program in South Lampung Regency is running quite well, but there is a problem, namely the low participation of members of women farmer groups. This research aims to determine the leadership function of KWT and KWT group dynamics, analyze the relationship between the leadership function of the KWT chairman and group dynamics in the P2L program, analyze the relationship between participation and KWT group dynamics on the success of the P2L program in South Lampung Regency. The research was carried out in South Lampung Regency. Data collection was carried out in July–August 2024, which was determined purposively by considering the potential of the P2L Program managed by administrators and members of women's farmer groups. The number of respondents in this study was 72 administrators and members of women's farmer groups. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively with the Spearman rank test. The results of the research prove that the leadership function of KWT in South Lampung Regency in carrying out the P2L Program is quite good, the leadership function is related to group dynamics, meaning that the group leader is good enough at leading its members in carrying out the P2L Program, and the level of member participation is related to group dynamics, meaning that when the level of member participation is high in activities, the dynamics that are formed are less dynamic.
