Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kemajuan perekonomian suatu negara didorong oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah Foreign Direct Investment. Investasi berperan sebagai modal yang mendukung berbagai aktivitas ekonomi dan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan disebuah Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Foreign Direct Investment, Kontribusi Industri, Rata-rata Lama Sekolah, Ekspor, serta Stabilitas Politik dan Terorisme terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Negara-negara ASEAN. Data yang digunakan dari tahun 2003 sampai dengan tahun 2022 dan bersumber dari World Bank, Asian Development Bank, dan Human Development Report. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan Maximum Likelihood. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Foreign Direct Investment dan Ekspor memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di ASEAN. Sebaliknya, Kontribusi Industri dan Rata-rata Lama Sekolah menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sementara itu, Stabilitas Politik dan Terorisme berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya memperkuat kebijakan investasi dan perlindungan hukum, meningkatkan daya saing produk ekspor melalui diversifikasi, memodernisasi sektor industri untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, mereformasi pendidikan guna mengembangkan keterampilan yang relevan, serta mendukung stabilitas politik dan keamanan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi jangka panjang. Kata Kunci : Foreign Direct Investment, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Maximum Likelihood The economic progress of a country is driven by various factors, one of which is Foreign Direct Investment. Investment acts as capital that supports various economic activities and the achievement of development goals in a country. This study aims to analyze the influence of Foreign Direct Investment, Industrial Contribution, Mean Years of Schooling, Exports, as well as Political Stability and Terrorism on Economic Growth in ASEAN countries. The data used spans from 2003 to 2022 and is sourced from the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and Human Development Report. The analysis in this study is conducted using multiple linear regression methods with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and Maximum Likelihood approaches. The results show that Foreign Direct Investment and Exports have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in ASEAN. Conversely, Industrial Contribution and Mean Years of Schooling show a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, Political Stability and Terrorism have a positive but not significant effect on economic growth. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening investment policies and legal protection, enhancing the competitiveness of export products through diversification, modernizing the industrial sector to increase productivity, reforming education to develop relevant skills, and supporting political stability and security to create a conducive environment for long-term economic growth.
