Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan sosial siswa dalam konteks penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SMA Negeri 1 Kalianda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini, Penulis menggunakan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan sosial pada aspek living and working together; taking turns; respecting the rights of others; being socially sensitive memperkuat dimensi profil pelajar pancasila khususnya pada dimensi berakhlak mulia, berkebinekaan global, dan gotong royong. Selanjutnya pada aspek learning self-control and self-direction, memperkuat dimensi profil pelajar pancasila khususnya pada dimensi berakhlak mulia, berkebinekaan global, dan mandiri. Kemudian pada aspek sharing ideas and experience with others, memperkuat dimensi profil pelajar pancasila khususnya pada dimensi mandiri. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya, dalam konteks penguatan profil pelajar pancasila pada aspek keterampilan komunikasi, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan berarti dalam keterampilan berbicara, mendengarkan, dan berbagi informasi. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Sosial, Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila ABSTRACT This research aims to describe students' social skills in the context of strengthening the Pancasila student profile at SMA Negeri 1 Kalianda. The type of research used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. In this research, the author used Miles and Huberman model data analysis. The results showed that social skills in the aspects of living and working together; taking turns; respecting the rights of others; being socially sensitive strengthen the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile, especially in the dimensions of noble character, global diversity, and cooperation. Furthermore, the aspects of learning self- control and self-direction strengthen the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile, especially in the dimensions of noble character, global diversity, and independence. Then in the aspect of sharing ideas and experiences with others, strengthening the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile, especially in the independent dimension. Further research results, in the context of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in the aspect of communication skills, students showed significant improvement in speaking, listening, and information sharing skills.
