Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

This study aims to analyze: (1) the production pattern of traditional snacks, (2) the cost of production of 5 traditional snacks, (3) the marketing mix of Mookies Bakery, and (4) the preferences of Mookies Bakery consumers towards Mookies Bakery's traditional snacks. This study uses a case study method. Data collection was carried out from June to August 2024. The respondents of the study were divided into 2, namely respondents from Mookies Bakery which amounted to two people, namely the owner of Mookies Bakery and one workforce, and respondents from Mookies Bakery consumers which amounted to 30 people. The data analysis method uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that Mookies Bakery has 33 products consisting of 19 traditional snacks and 14 nontraditional snacks, products are made to order. In the calculation of the cost of production of 5 traditional snacks, it was found that the selling price of 5 traditional snacks was greater than the cost of production. The marketing mix at the point of the place shows that the location of the pick up point is less strategic because it is in an alley. Mookies Bakery's consumer preferences for 18 traditional snacks show that the top 10 traditional snacks that are preferred are nona manis, onde-onde, sosis solo, lemper ayam, martabak kentang, arem-arem, pie susu, carabikang, bugis mandi, and bugis daun. Keywords:cost of production, home industry, traditional snack, production patterns, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pola produksi jajanan tradisional, (2) harga pokok produksi 5 jajanan tradisional, (3) bauran pemasaran Mookies Bakery, dan (4) preferensi konsumen Mookies Bakery terhadap jajanan tradisional Mookies Bakery. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2024. Responden penelitian dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu responden dari Mookies Bakery yang berjumlah dua orang yaitu pemilik Mookies Bakery dan satu tenaga kerja, dan responden dari konsumen Mookies Bakery yang berjumlah 30 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa Mookies Bakery mempunyai 33 produk yang terdiri dari 19 jajanan tradisional dan 14 jajanan non tradisional, produk dibuat berdasarkan pesanan. Pada perhitungan harga pokok produksi 5 jajanan tradisional didapatkan bahwa harga jual 5 jajanan tradisional lebih besar daripada harga pokok produksi. Bauran pemasaran pada poin tempat menunjukkan bahwa lokasi pick up point kurang strategis karena berada di dalam gang. Preferensi konsumen Mookies Bakery terhadap 18 jajanan tradisional menunjukkan bahwa 10 jajanan tradisional teratas yang disukai yaitu nona manis, onde-onde, sosis solo, lemper ayam, martabak kentang, arem-arem, pie susu, carabikang, bugis mandi, dan bugis daun.
