Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem posing terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Way Jepara semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2025/2026 sejumlah 351 siswa yang terdistribusi ke dalam 10 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-2 sebanyak 33 dan VIII-3 sebanyak 33 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Desain yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Data pada penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif yang diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Analisis uji hipotesis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran problem posing lebih dari yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, penggunaan model pembelajaran problem posing berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Kata kunci: komunikasi matematis, pengaruh, problem posing This study aims to determine the effect of the problem posing learning model on students' mathematical communication skills. The population of this study was all 351 students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Way Jepara in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, distributed into 10 classes. The sample in this study was 33 students of class VIII-2 and 33 students of class VIII-3 selected by cluster random sampling technique. The design used was a posttest only control group design. The data in this study were quantitative data obtained through a mathematical communication skills test. Data analysis techniques included prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis test analysis used in this study used the t-test. The results showed that the average score of mathematical communication skills of students who followed the problem posing learning model was higher than those who followed the conventional learning model. Thus, the use of the problem posing learning model has an effect on students' mathematical communication skills. Keywords: effect, mathematical communication, problem posing
