Pengawasan partisipatif Bawaslu merupakan upaya melibatkan masyarakat secara langsung dengan penuh kesadaran dalam proses pengawasan pemilu agar pelaksanaan pemilu menjadi lebih transparan, jujur, dan adil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program dan Strategi pengawasan partisipatif oleh Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung Pada Pemilu Tahun 2024. Pelaksanaan pengawasan partisipatif dilakukan di Provinsi Lampung dengan melihat fenomena pada tiga Kab/Kota yaitu Kota Bandar Lampung, Kabupaten Way Kanan dan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat melalui pendekatan strategi unggulan Bawaslu Lampung adalah pendirian kampung pengawasan. Di berbagai kabupaten/kota, kampung pengawasan berperan sebagai pusat edukasi politik kemudian Sosialsasi sebagai metode kegiatan dan pedekatan langsung dan posko aduan sebagai wadah penyaluran pesan dan informasi masyarakat langsung. Keberadaan program ini menjadi ekosistem pengawasan dari tingkat paling bawah Hasil Penelitian terkait pengawasan partisipatif menunjukkan bahwa angka partisipasi pemilu meningkat yaitu 80,64% di tahun 2024 dan angka pelanggaran administratif menurun sejak tahun 2019 terdapat 33 kasus dan di tahun 2024 menurun menjadi 13 laporan dan temuan terkait pelanggaran administratif yang teregistrasi selama tahapan pemilu sampai dengan tahun 2025. Program tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan partisipatif memberikan dampak yang signfikan dalam melakukan pencegahan sebelum terjadinya pelanggaran sejak tahapan pemilu dimulai. Kata kunci: Pengawasan Partisipatif, Pencegahan Pelanggaran, Pemilu Participatory supervision by Bawaslu is an effort to directly involve the public, with full awareness, in the electoral oversight process to ensure that elections are conducted in a more transparent, honest, and fair manner. This study aims to describe the programs and strategies of participatory supervision implemented by the Lampung Province Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) during the 2024 General Election. The implementation of participatory supervision in Lampung Province was examined through phenomena observed in three regencies/cities: Bandar Lampung City, Way Kanan Regency, and Pesisir Barat Regency. The flagship strategy of Bawaslu Lampung was the establishment of “Supervision Villages” (Kampung Pengawasan). In various regencies/cities, these Supervision Villages functioned as centers for political education. Socialization activities served as methods of engagement and direct outreach, while complaint posts (posko aduan) provided a channel for the public to directly convey messages and information. The existence of this program created an oversight ecosystem starting from the grassroots level. The research findings on participatory supervision indicate that voter participation increased to 80.64% in 2024. Meanwhile, the number of administrative violation cases decreased compared to 2019, when 33 cases were recorded, to 13 registered reports and findings related to administrative violations during the 2024 election stages up to 2025. These results demonstrate that participatory supervision has a significant impact on preventing violations from occurring since the early stages of the election process.
