Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahamankonsep peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPAS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan E-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain non-equivalent control groupdesign dengan populasi 35 peserta didik dan sampel yang digunakan 18 pesertadidik kelas IV A dan 17 peserta didik kelas IV B sampel ditentukan dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan non tes. Datadianalisis dengan dengan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep secara signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan kelas kontrol setelah penggunaan E-LKPD berbasis PBL.Dengan demikian, E-LKPD berbasis PBL berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahamankonsep IPAS peserta didik kelas IV di SDN 4 Kedondong tahun pelajaran2025/2026. Kata kunci: E-LKPD, Pemahaman Konsep, Problem Based Learning The problem in this research was the low level of students’ conceptual understanding in science education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a Problem Based Learning (PBL) based E-LKPD on the conceptual understanding of fourth grade students. The research method used was a quasi experimental design with a non-equivalent control group, with a population of 35 students and a sample consisting of 18 students from class IV A and 17 students from class IV B. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included tests and non test instruments. The data were analyzed using a simple regression test. The results showed a significant increase in conceptual understanding in the experimental class compared to the control class after the use of the PBL based E-LKPD. Thus, the PBL based E-LKPD had a positive effect on the science conceptual understanding of fourth grade students at SDN 4 Kedondong in the 2025/2026 academic year.
