Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa mengenai mata kuliah Social Skill terhadap pengembangan Social Concern mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa PPKn FKIP Universitas Lampung angkatan 2022 dan 2023 berjumlah 208 mahasiswa, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 67 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis distribusi frekuensi untuk menggambarkan persepsi mahasiswa mengenai mata kuliah Social Skill dan pengembangan Social Concern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah Social Skill baik dalam mengembangkan kepedulian sosial. Mata kuliah Social Skill memberikan pengalaman bagi mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis kasus (case-based learning), yang mana mahasiswa mampu mengaktualisasikan keterampilan sosial secara konkret dalam kehidupan seharihari, baik di lingkungan kampus maupun masyarakat luas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mata kuliah Social Skill tidak hanya membentuk kompetensi akademik, tetapi juga karakter sosial mahasiswa sebagai calon pendidik dan warga negara yang peduli dan bertanggung jawab. Kata kunci: persepsi mahasiswa, social skill, social concern This study aimed to determine students' perceptions of the Social Skills course on the development of Social Concern among students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The study population consisted of 208 PPKn students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung, class of 2022 and 2023, with a research sample of 67 respondents determined using a simple random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using frequency distribution analysis to describe students' perceptions of the Social Skills course and the development of Social Concern. The results of the study indicated that students' perceptions of the Social Skills course played an important role in developing social concern. The Social Skills course provided students with experience through casebased learning, where students were able to actualize social skills concretely in everyday life, both on campus and in the wider community. These findings showed that the Social Skills course not only shaped academic competence, but also developed the social character of students as prospective educators and caring and responsible citizens.
