Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui total eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan nilai packed cell volume (PCV) kambing persilangan Boer yang diberi suplementasi complete premix dalam ransum. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Agustus–September 2025 di Kahfi Farm, Desa Fajar Baru, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Analisis sampel darah dilakukan di Laboratorium Patologi Balai Veteriner Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan melalui ransum meliputi P0 (ransum basal tanpa complete premix), P1 (ransum basal + 0,25% complete premix), P2 (ransum basal + 0,5% complete premix), P3 (ransum basal + 0,75% complete premix), dan P4 (ransum basal + 1% complete premix). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi complete premix dalam ransum cenderung meningkatkan total eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, nilai PCV, dan seluruh parameter masih berada dalam kisaran normal fisiologis kambing. Disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi complete premix terbaik diperoleh pada taraf 0,25% dengan nilai total eritrosit 14,71 juta sel/mm³, kadar hemoglobin 11,13 g/dL, dan nilai PCV 42,97%. This study aimed to determine the total erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, and packed cell volume (PCV) of Boer crossbred goats supplemented with complete premix in their rations. The research was conducted from August to September 2025 at Kahfi Farm, Fajar Baru Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. Blood sample analysis was performed at the Pathology Laboratory of the Lampung Veterinary Center. This study employed an experimental method with five treatments and three replications. The treatments administered through the rations included: P0 (basal ration without complete premix), P1 (basal ration + 0.25% complete premix), P2 (basal ration + 0.5% complete premix), P3 (basal ration + 0.75% complete premix), and P4 (basal ration + 1% complete premix). Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that complete premix supplementation in the ration tended to increase total erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, and PCV values; however, all parameters remained within the normal physiological range for goats. It was concluded that the optimal supplementation level was 0.25% (P1), yielding a total erythrocyte count of 14.71 million cells/mm³, a hemoglobin level of 11.13 g/dL, and a PCV value of 42.97%.
