This research aims to analyze farmers income, household income, and household welfare of the corn farmers in the Bandar Sribhawono District Of East Lampung Regency. This research employed a survey method conducted in the Bandar Sribhawono District Of East Lampung Regency. Respondents were determined using purposive sampling with a total of 60 corn farmers. The research data was obtained from September to October 2024. Farm enterprise income was calculated using the calculation between total income and total cost or Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), where as household income was analyzed by adding family income derived from farm enterprise and non farm business, and household wellbeing was analysed using Sajogyo Theory (1997) and the Central Statistical Agency. (2014). The results of this research show that the income of corn farmers per hectare during the rainy season in the Bandar Sribhawono District Of East Lampung Regency over cash costs is Rp21.939.809,2 with the R/C ratio value of 2,86 and in the summer season is Rp24.081.222,22 with the R/C ratio value of 3,06. Total household income of corn farmers amounted to Rp64.203.831,60/year. Household welfare of corn farmers according to the Sajogyo Theory (1997) falls into “enough” in categories that reach 70% and according to criteria of the Central Statistics Agency (2014) 95% households of corn farmers in the Bandar Sribhawono district of East Lampung regency categoried as prosperous household. Keywords: farmers, corn, income, welfare, farm business Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan usahatani, pendapatan rumah tangga, dan kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani jagung Kecamatan Bandar Sribhawono Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode penelitian ini ialah metode survei yang dilakukan di Desa Bandar Agung dan Desa Sadar Sriwijaya Kecamatan Bandar Sribhawono Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Responden ditetapkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total 60 petani jagung. Data penelitian diperoleh dari bulan Juli 2024 sampai Januari 2026. Pendapatan usahatani dihitung menggunakan perhitungan antara penerimaan total dan biaya total atau Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), sedangkan pendapatan rumah tangga dianalisis dengan cara menjumlahkan pendapatan keluarga yang berasal dari usahatani dan luar usahatani, dan kesejahteraan rumah tangga dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teori Sajogyo (1997) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (2014). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani jagung per hektar pada musim hujan di Kecamatan Bandar Sribhawono Kabupaten Lampung Timur atas biaya tunai adalah sebesar Rp21,993,327.78 dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 2.87 dan pada musim kemarau sebesar Rp24,081,222.22 dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 3,06. Total pendapatan rumah tangga petani jagung sebesar Rp64.203.831,60/tahun. Kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani jagung berdasarkan Teori Sajogyo (1997) termasuk dalam kategori cukup sebesar 70% dan berdasarkan kriteria Badan Pusat Statistik (2014) 95% rumah tangga petani jagung di Kecamatan Bandar Sribhawono Kabupaten Lampung Timur tergolong ke dalam rumah tangga yang sejahtera.
