ABSTRAK PELANGGARAN PRINSIP KERJA SAMA DALAM NOVEL RANTAU 1 MUARA KARYA AHMAD FUADI DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA DAN SASTRA INDONESIA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA (SMP) Oleh Riri Savitri Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dalam novel Rantau 1 Muara karya Ahmad Fuadi dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama (maksim kuantitas, maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, dan maksim pelaksanaan) dalam novel Rantau 1 Muara karya Ahmad Fuadi dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Rantau 1 Muara karya Ahmad Fuadi, sedangkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kutipan-kutipan percakapan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang dilihat dari empat maksim, yaitu maksim kualitas, maksim kuantitas, maksim relevansi, dan maksim pelaksanaan yang terdapat dalam novel Rantau 1 Muara karya Ahmad Fuadi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yakni menyimak, mencatat/mentranskrip (deskriptif dan reflektif), klasifikasi data, memasukkan data ke dalam tabel pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yakni penyajian data, identifikasi data, analisis heuristik, penarikan simpulan, dan pengimplikasian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan semua bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerjasama (maksim kuantitas, maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, dan maksim pelaksanaan) dalam novel Rantau 1 Muara karya Ahmad Fuadi. Bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang mendominasi adalah bentuk pelanggaran pada maksim relevansi dan yang paling sedikit adalah maksim pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan sebagai bahan pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP), yaitu berwawancara. ABSTRACT COOPERATION PRINCIPAL VIOLATION IN RANTAU 1 MUARA NOVEL WRITTEN BY AHMAD FUADI AND ITS IMPLICATION TOWARD LANGUAGE LEARNING AND INDONESIAN LITERATURE IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL By Riri Savitri The problems discussed in this research are how the cooperation principal violation in Rantau 1 Muara Novel Written By Ahmad Fuadi and its implication toward language and Indonesian Literature in junior high school. The objective of this research is to describe the form of the cooperation principal violation (maxim of quantity, quality maxim, relevant maxim, and implementation maxim) in Rantau 1 Muara novel written by Ahmad Fuadi and its implication toward language learning and Indonesian literature. This research used qualitative-descriptive methodology. The sources of this research were Rantau 1 Muara novel written by Ahmad Fuadi, while the data of this research was the conversation’s quotations of the cooperation principal violation viewedfrom four maxims, such as maxim of quantity, quality maxim, relevant maxim, and implementation maxim in Rantau 1 Muara novel written by Ahmad Fuadi. The data collecting technique was conducted with some steps, like listening, nothing/transcriping (descriptive and reflective), data classification, entrying the data in data collecting table. The data analysis was conducted with some steps like data presentation, data identification, heuristic data, conclusion drawing, and the implication. The result of the research showed there were some cooperation principal violations (maxim of quantity, quality maxim, relevant maxim, and implementation maxim) in Rantau 1 Muara novel written by Ahmad Fuadi. The dominan form of cooperation principal violation was the violation of relevant maxim and the least was implementation maxim. This research is able to be implimented as language learning sources and Indonesian Literature at junior high school, such as interviewing.
