ABSTRAK INDONESIA KESIAPAN UMKM DALAM MENGHADAPI MASYARAKAT EKONOMI ASEAN 2015 (Studi Pada UMKM Di Sentra Industri Keripik Jl. Pagar Alam Kota Bandar Lampung) HERI SETIAWAN ABSTRAK Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) dibentuk atas dasar kesepakatan untuk menciptakan hubungan kerjasama yang lebih erat antar negara-negara ASEAN. Kesepakatan tersebut meliputi empat kerangka strategis, yaitu pencapaian pasar tunggal dan kesatuan basis produksi, kawasan ekonomi yang berdaya saing, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang merata, dan terintegrasi dengan perekonomian global. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Kesiapan UMKM Menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) yang akan mulai terealisasi pada Desember 2015. Peneliti mengambil studi kasus pada UMKM di sentra industri keripik Jl. Pagar Alam Kota Bandar Lampung dengan memilih informan dengan menggunakan metode Purpossive. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah gabungan dari data primer yang diperoleh dilapangan pada saat penelitian berlangsung melalui wawancara dan data skunder yang disadur dari berbagai sumber sebagai bahan acuan penulisan penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data dan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa UMKM di sentra keripik Jl. Pagar Alam Kota Bandar Lampung telah memahami Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN, UMKM di sentra keripik Jl. Pagar Alam Kota Bandar Lampung telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam rangka menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN, dan UMKM di sentra keripik Jl. Pagar Alam Kota Bandar Lampung telah siap menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. Pagar Alam the City of Bandar Lampung) HERI SETIAWAN ABSTRACT ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is formed on the basis of an agreement to create a relationship of closer cooperation between ASEAN countries. The agreement covers four strategic framework, namely the achievement of a single market and a unified production base, a competitive economic region, equitable economic growth, and is integrated with the global economy. This research is a qualitative descriptive study who aimed to identify the readiness of SMEs Facing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), which will begin to be realized in December 2015. Researchers took a case study on SMEs in the industrial district of chips Jl. Pagar Alam, City of Bandar Lampung by selecting informants using purposive method. The data used in this study is a combination of primary data who collected in the field at the time of the study through interviews, and secondary data who taken from various sources as reference material research writing. Data were analyzed with data reduction and validity of data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that SMEs in the center of chips Jl. Pagar Alam, Bandar Lampung has been understood the ASEAN Economic Community, SMEs at the center of chips Jl. Pagar Alam, Bandar Lampung has made various efforts in the framework of the ASEAN Economic Community, and SMEs at the center of chips Jl.
