Abstrak

Universitas Lampung (Unila) merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Lampung dengan delapan Fakultas dan masing- masing fakultas memiliki area parkir untuk menunjang segala aktifitas. Tujuannya adalah mengetahui apakah kapasitas parkir existing di FP dan GSG dapat menampung kendaraan yang parkir, serta menemukan solusi penanganannya. Dua tahapan pada penelitian ini, yaitu mencatat nomor plat kendaraan dan waktu masuk/keluarnya, kemudian menganalisis dengan beberapa rumus sebagai parameter menarik kesimpulan yaitu akumulasi kendaraan parkir, indeks parkir, durasi parkir, kapasitas parkir, serta tingkat pergantian parkir. Pada perhitungan di FP didapatkan kapasitas sebanyak 345 mobil, sedangkan sepeda motor 2540 kendaraan, dengan indeks parkir 183,91% untuk mobil dan 99,34% untuk motor, serta tingkat pergantian parkir didapat nilai 4,8 untuk mobil dan 2,95 untuk motor. Pada perhitungan di GSG indeks parkir untuk sepeda motor 22,36% dan mobil 105,83%. Pada perhitungan tingkat pergantian parkir, didapat nilai 1,06 untuk mobil dan 0,23 untuk sepeda motor. This study aims to determine whether the existing parking capacity at the Faculty of Agriculture (FP) and the Multipurpose Building (GSG) can accommodate the parking of vehicles, as well as trying to find a solution to the parking problems. Two stages of this research, which collects the license plate number and the vehicle entrance and exit time, then analyze with some formulas as a parameter to draw conclusions, the accumulation of vehicle parking, parking index, duration of parking, parking capacity, as well as parking turnover rate. In the calculation from FP available capacity of 345 cars and 2540 motorcycles, with the parking index 183.91% for cars and 99.34% for the motorcycles and the parking turn over rate is 4,8 for cars, 2,95 for motorcycles. In the calculation from GSG index calculation, obtained the value of 22,36% for motorcycles and 105,83% for cars.
