Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implikasi motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PTPN VII Unit Usaha Bergen. Populasi pada penelitian adalah karyawan tetap PTPN VII Unit Usaha Bergen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden yang diambil secara probability sampling menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinisk, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan komitmen organisasi memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PTPN VII Unit Usaha Bergen. Secara simultan variabel motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan komitmen organisasi berimplikasi secara nyata terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PTPN VII Unit Usaha Bergen. Kata kunci: motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, komitmen organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS The purpose of this study was to determine the implications of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior in employees PTPN VII Unit Usaha Bergen. The population is a permanent employee of PTPN VII Unit Usaha Bergen. The sample in this study as many 80 respondents drawn by probability sampling using proportional random sampling technique. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results show that partial intrinisk motivation, extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment have significant implications on organizational citizenship behavior in employees PTPN VII Unit Usaha Bergen. Simultaneously variable intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment significantly implications on organizational citizenship behavior in employees PTPN VII Unit Usaha Bergen.
