Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penyelenggaraan rekruitmen buruh migran di Kabupaten Lampung Timur telah berlangsung sejak lama, namun rekruitmen tersebut belum terkelola dengan baik, dilihat dari masih banyaknya masalah yang menimpa buruh migran. Oleh sebab itu peran dan koordinasi dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan (multistakeholder) yang terdiri dari Dinas Sosial Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Lampung Timur, Balai Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BP3TKI) Provinsi Lampung dan Kelurahan, serta dari pihak swasta sebagai unit Pelaksana Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Swasta (PPTKIS) yang diwakili oleh PT. WAHANAKARYA SUPLAINDO cabang Way Jepara, Kabupaten Lampung Timur sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas rekruitmen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keberhasilan multistakeholder dalam proses rekruitmen buruh migran asal Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa semua indikator koordinasi yang digunakan untuk melihat keberhasilan koordinasi tersebut belum berjalan optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena (1) Kurangnya koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan, (2) Kurangnya sosialisasi yang dapat diberikan dari Dinas maupun BP3TKI kepada masyarakat Lampung Timur. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian ini adalah mengupayakan keterlibatan multistakeholder untuk melakukan koordinasi dengan maksimal agar tercipta rekruitmen buruh migran yang berkualitas. Kata Kunci: Koordinasi, Multistakeholder dan Rekruitmen Buruh Migran ABSTRACT MULTISTAKEHOLDER COORDINATION ON RECRUITMENT PROCESS OF MIGRANT WORKER FROM EAST LAMPUNG REGENCY (Study about Multistakeholder Coordination in Way Jepara District, East Lampung Regency) Organizing recruitment of Migrant Worker in East Lampung Regency has been exited since long time ago, but the recruitment process did not manage properly yet, it can be seen from the problems that affected the Migrant Worker. Therefore, the role and coordination of all stakeholders (multistakeholder) consisted of Social Service of Manpower and Transmigration board East Lampung Regency, Central Service of Migrant Worker Placement and Protection (BP3TKI) Lampung Province and Village, as well as from the private sector as an Execution unit name (PPTKIS) that represented by PT. WAHANAKARYA SUPLAINDO branch Way Jepara, East Lampung Regency are needed to improve the recruitment quality. This study aimeds to describe the success of multistakeholder in recruitment process of Migrant Worker from East Lampung. This research is descriptive research type with qualitative approach. The data were collected by interview, documentation and observation. The results of this research explaines that all coordination indicators that used to see the success of such coordination do not run optimally. This is because (1) The lack of coordination among stakeholders, (2) The lack of socialization that can be provided from Service or BP3TKI to the East Lampung community. The recommendation for this study is to seek the multistakeholder involment on optimally coordination in order to create a good quality recruitment of Migrant Worker.
