Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan: 1) kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru, 2) motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru, 3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, dan 4) kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru pada guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamatan Sidomulyo Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode penelitian adalah survey korelasional. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Isac Michel sebanyak 58 guru dari populasi 156 guru dari enam Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri dan Swasta yang mengajar di Kecamatan Sidomulyo Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasional dan kontribusi baik secara sederhana maupun ganda. Sebelumnya telah dilakukan pengujian prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil penelitian bahwa: 1) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru, kompetensi pedagogik berkontribusi sebesar 53,2% terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamaatan Sidomulyo; 2) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru, motivasi kerja berkontribusi sebesar 41,8% terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamaatan Sidomulyo; 3) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berkontribusi sebesar 52,5% terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamaatan Sidomulyo; 4) terdapat korelasi positif antara kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru, kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpian kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama berkontribusi sebesar 54,5% terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamaatan Sidomulyo. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, kinerja guru. The objective of this reaseart is to describe and analiyze the relationship of :1) the pedagogical competence with teacher performance, 2) the work motivation and the teacher’s performance, 3) the principal’s leadership wit the teacher’s performance, 4) the pedagogical competence, the work motivation and the leadership of the principals altogether with the teacher’s performance from the teacher’s of the Junior High School in the District of Sidomulyo South Lampung Regency. The methods of the research is correlational survey. The samples of research is obtained by using the formula of Isac Michel from 58 teachers from 156 teachers fro six Junior High School (government and private schools) who teaches in the District of Sidomulyo, South Lampung Regency. The datas ore obtained through the documentation and questionnaires, then are analyzed by using the correlation and contributive techniques either simple or double.Before that prerequisite tst has been carried out that is the normality test, the homogeneity test, and liniearity test The results of the research that is : 1) there is a positive and significant correlation between the pedagogical competence and the teacher’s performance, pedagogical competence contributed for 53,2% to the teacher’s performance of the Junior High School teachers in the Distric of Sidomulyo; 2) there is a positive and significant correlation between work motivation and teacher’s performance, work motivation contributed for 41,8% to the teacher’s performance of the Junior High School theacher’s in the district of Sidomulyo, 3) there is a positif and significant correlation between the leadership of principals and teacher’s performance the principals leadership contributed for 52,5% to the teacher’s performance of the Junior High School teachers in the district of Sidomulyo; 4) there is a positive and significant correlation between the pedagogical competence and the principal’s leadership altogether with the teacher’s performance, pedagogical competence, work motivation, and the principal’s leadership altogether contributed for 54,5% to the teacher’s performance of the Junior High School teachers in the district of Sidomulyo.
