Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar mata kuliah akuntansi biaya pada mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro Tahun Akademik 2011/2012 Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (classroom action research). Subjek penelitian adalah dosen dan mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi yang berjumlah 36 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi untuk memperoleh data aktivitas belajar dan tes untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar mahasiswa. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah tabulasi antar siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Aktivitas belajar mahasiswa dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5,65%, dari 61,02% pada siklus pertama menjadi 66,67% pada siklus kedua. Sedangkan dari siklus kedua ke siklus ketiga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 16,66%, dari 66,67% pada siklus kedua menjadi 83,33% pada siklus yang ketiga. (2) Hasil belajar mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan antara siklus satu ke siklus dua yaitu sebesar 15,45%, dari 58,33% pada siklus yang pertama menjadi 77,78% pada siklus yang ke dua, dan dari siklus dua ke siklus tiga sebesar 16,66%, dari 77,78% pada siklus yang ke dua menjadi 94,44% pada siklus yang ke tiga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran inkuiri pada Standar Kompetensi Memahami metode harga pokok proses telah diuji terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar mahasiswa semester VI Program studi pendidikan ekonomi Tahun Akademik 2011/2012. Kata kunci: Aktivitas, Hasil Belajar, Metode Pembelajaran Inkuiri This research is the classroom action research which purposed of the through the implementation of inquiry in improving activities and their learning result based Intruction with specific topic: base price process method subject of the research is the sixth semester undergraduate students of economics major of FKIP UM Metro academic year 2011-e 012. The method which used in this research is Classroom Action Research Model. The subject of this research is the sixth semester undergraduate students of economics major. It is 36 students. The data collection technique of this research is the observation used to get the data of activity and tse used to get the data of the result of student’s learning. The procedure of this research is planning,action, implement action, observation, and evaluation or reflection. The final of data analysis of research that used are tabulation among the cycles. The result of this research shows that first is the students’ learning activity from the first cycle to the second cycle has the improvement up to 5,65%. It was from 61,02% in the first cycle up to 66,67% in the second cycle. Where as from the second cycle to the third cycle has improvement up to 16,66%. It was from 66,67% in the second cycle up to 83,33% in the third cycle. The second is the result of students’ learning has the improvement between the first cycle to the second cycle was 15,45%. It was from 58,33% in the first cycle up to 77,78% in the second cycle. In the second cycle to the third cycle has the improvement up to 16,66%. It was from 77,78% in the first cycle up to 94,44% in the third cycle. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of inquiry-based topic: base price process method subject of the research is the sixth semester undergraduate students of economics major of FKIP UM Metro academic year 2011-e 012.
