Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas I B SDN 1 Metro Utara yang diketahui dari hasil observasi dan wawancara. Presentase siswa yang mendapat nilai ≥66 dengan kategori “baik” dan “sangat baik” hanya mencapai 51,61% (16 siswa) dari 31 siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IB SDN 1 Metro Utara menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe examples non examples. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan melalui 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal- soal tes. Data yang didapat dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe examples non examples dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas I B SDN 1 Metro Utara. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata nilai motivasi belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 64,03 dengan kategori “cukup”, meningkat sebesar 9,19 menjadi 73,23 dengan kategori “baik” pada siklus II, kemudian meningkat kembali sebesar 2,74 menjadi 75,97 dengan kategori “baik” pada siklus III. Rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai 68,67 dengan kategori “baik” meningkat sebesar 4,80 menjadi 73,74 dengan kategori “baik” pada siklus II, kemudian meningkat kembali sebesar 2,26 menjadi 75,73 dengan kategori “baik” pada siklus III. Kata Kunci : Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Examples Non Examples, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar. This research is motivated by low motivation and learning outcomes IB grade students of SDN 1 North Metro known from observations and interviews. Percentage of students who scored ≥66 the category of "good" and "excellent" only reached 51.61% (16 students) of 31 students. The purpose of this research is to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes SDN IB grade 1 Metro North uses cooperative learning models examples types of non examples. Type of research is action research (PTK) conducted in 3 cycles. Each cycle is carried out through four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data is collected using observation sheets and matter-matter test. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning models examples types of non examples can increase students' motivation and learning outcomes SDN IB grade 1 Metro North. It can be seen from the average value of student motivation in the first cycle reaches 64.03 with the category of "pretty", increased by 9.19 to 73.23 with the category of "good" in the second cycle, and then rose again by 2.74 75.97 into the category of "good" in the third cycle. Average learning outcomes in the first cycle reaches 68.67 with "good" category increased by 4.80 becomes 73.74 with the category of "good" in the second cycle, and then rose again by 2.26 becomes 75.73 with the category of "good "the third cycle.
