Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PENGUKURAN KINERJA INTERAKTIF TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL : PEMBELAJARAN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING Oleh NI WAYAN ERAWATI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pengukuran kinerja interaktif terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan jasa sektor perbankan BUMN yang berada di Metro dan Bandar Lampung, Lampung, Indonesia dengan menggunakan pembelajaran organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuatitatif deskriptif. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat bantu statistik SmartPLS 2.0 M3. Sampelyang digunakan sebanyak 41 responden dari keseluruhan populasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan pengukuran kinerja interaktif mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial melalui pembelajaran organisasi. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa sebaiknya pihak manajemen perusahaan sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan pembelajaran organisasi dalam perusahaan yang akan mampu memicu peningkatan dalam penggunaan pengukuran kinerja interaktif yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja manajerial perusahaan. ABSTRACT EFFECT OF THE USE OF INTERACTIVE PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE: LEARNING ORGANIZATION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABEL By NI WAYAN ERAWATI This research is aimed at determining the effect of the use of interactive performance measurement on managerial performance in the banking sector SOE Services Company located in the Metro and Bandar Lampung, Lampung, Indonesia by using a learning organization as an intervening variable. This research is a case study in which the sampling was done by a purposive sampling method and by using quantitative descriptive analysis method. Processing data was using statistical tools SmartPLS 2.0 M3. There were 41 respondents as the sample of this research from the overall population. The results of this research explained the use of interactive perfomance measurement influence significantly to the performance of managerial through learning organization. Based on the result, the researcher suggests that the management company should increase the organizational learning in the company that will be able to trigger an increase in the use of interactive performance measurement, which in the end will improve the managerial performance of the company.
