Abstrak

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model Number Head Together to the results of students' mathematics learning. This research used pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The samples of the research were students of class VA and VB which selected from highgrade classes population by purposive sampling. The data used in this research was quantitative data in form pretest-posttest value data which converted into gain scores. The result of the research and data analysis N-Gain shows the average Ngain of the class which used cooperative learning model Number Head Together higher than the average N-gain of the class which used a conventional learning model. It can be concluded that the learning model Number Head Together (NHT) positive effect of increasing mathematics learning result of students of SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru Bandarlampung.
