Abstract
Approach of two research are whether: 1) contribution of the influences principal’s leadership toward teachers’ performance SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota Regency North Lampung, 2) contribution of the influences work discipline toward teachers’ performance SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota Regency North Lampung, 3) The contribution of the influence school work climate toward teachers’ performance SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota Regency North Lampung, and 4) contribution of the principal’s leadership, work discipline and school work climate altogether toward teachers’ performance SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota Regency North Lampung. The research is a descriptive research by using method of survey. Research population are PNS teachers of SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota regency North Lampung. Simples were taken counted 118 people who were taken by using proportional stratified random sampling. The variable which is analyzed are principal’s leadership (X1), work discipline (X2), school work climate (X3) and teachers’ performance (Y). These data’s were taken by using the enquette and likert scale, then analyzed by using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic. The conclusions of this research are: 1) there is contribution of positive influence and significant of the principal’s leadership with contribution of 30,1% toward teachers performance SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota Regency North Lampung, 2) there is contribution of positive influence and significant of work discipline with contribution of 31,1% toward teachers performance SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota Regency North Lampung, 3) there is contribution of positive influence and significant school work climate with contribution of 33,5% toward teachers performance SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota Regency North Lampung, and 4) there is contribution of positive influence and significant of the principal’s leadership, work discipline, and school work climate altogether with contribution of 35,9% toward teachers performance SMPN sub district Kotabumi Kota Regency North Lampung, Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dengan menganalisis: 1) Kontribusi pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara, 2) Kontribusi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara, 3) Kontribusi pengaruh iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara, dan 4) Kontribusi pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru PNS Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara, sampel diambil sebanyak 118 orang yang diambil dengan teknik proportional stratufield random sampling. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1), disiplin kerja (X2), iklim kerja sekolah (X3) dan kinerja guru (Y). Data penenelitian diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian memberi kesimpulan bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan konstribusi sebesar 30,1% terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara, 2) terdapat konstribusi pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 31,1% terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara, 3) terdapat konstribusi pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim kerja sekolah dengan kontribusi sebesar 33,5% terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara, 4) terdapat konstribusi pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan konstribusi sebesar 35,9% terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara.
