Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health carry out tasks in the field of Husbandry and Animal Health in order to work well is determined by the quality and quantity of apparatus and work discipline employees. One indication and suspect low quality of the Civil Service is a breach of discipline is mostly done by the Civil Service in the Region. Development is being actively carried out in Indonesia often face many obstacles and problems are quite complex. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data analysis was performed using the formula Product Moment Correlation Coefficients and Determinants with the help of SPSS (Statictic Program for Social Science). These results were obtained, r count r is greater than the table (0.598> 0.266). With the influence of the coefficient determinant showed that the magnitude of the effect of discipline on employee performance at the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Lampung province by 35.8% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Then based on the correlation coefficient is known that the degree of influence on the performance of employees disciplined Department of Husbandry and Animal Health Lampung Province in middle category. From the calculation of the Product Moment Correlation of 0.598 according to the interpretation of the correlation between 0.400 to 0.599. Its meaning is a slight positive effect on employee discipline employee performance improvement. Hypothesis testing shows that the value of t count> t table at the 95% significance level with a ratio of 5.434> 1.673. This suggests that the effect of discipline on the performance of employees at the Department of Husbandry and Animal Health Lampung province is significant. It is meaningful work discipline is a factor that determines whether or not the employee's performance, the higher the level of discipline then the higher the performance of employees at the Department of Husbandry and Animal Health Lampung Province. Dinas Perternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan melaksanakan tugas dibidang Perternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan agar dapat berhasil dengan baik ditentukan oleh kualitas dan kuantitas aparaturnya serta kedisiplinan kerja pegawainya.Salah satu indikasi dan menduga rendahnya kualitas Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah adanya pelanggaran disiplin yang banyak dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Daerah. Pembangunan yang sedang giat dilakukan di Indonesia sering mengalami banyak hambatan dan permasalahan yang cukup kompleks. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan rumus Korelasi Product Moment dan Koefisien Penentu dengan bantuan Program SPSS (Statictic Program for Social Science).Hasil penelitian ini yang didapat, r hitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan r tabel (0,598 > 0,266). Dengan koefisien penentu besarnya pengaruh penelitian diperoleh bahwa besarnya pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Propinsi Lampung sebesar 35,8% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kemudian berdasarkan korelasi koefisien diketahui bahwa tingkat pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Propinsi Lampung berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil perhitungan Korelasi Product Moment sebesar 0,598 maka menurut interpretasi adanya korelasi di antara 0,400 – 0,599. Maknanya adalah kedisiplinan pegawai berpengaruh posotif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung> t tabel pada taraf signifikan 95% dengan perbandingan 5,434 > 1,673. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Propinsi Lampung adalah signifikan. Hal ini bermakna disiplin kerja merupakan faktor yang menentukan baik atau tidaknya kinerja pegawai, semakin tinggi tingkat disiplinnya maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Propinsi Lampung.
