Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
The purpose of this study was to determine and analysis: (1) a significant and positive effect of school leadership toward achievement motivation of teachers in the elementary state school west metro (2) a significant and positive effect of school climate on job performance and achievement motivation in the elementary state school west metro (3 ) a significant and positive influence organizational culture on achievement motivation in the elementary state school west metro (4) a significant and positive effect jointly between leadership, school climate, organizational culture on achievement motivation teachers in the elementary state school west metro. This research is a quantitative study with a correlation approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a sample of 47 people and the number of questions are 104. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis and analysis of multiple regression through F test and t. The results showed that (1) there is a significant relationship between principal leadership towards the achievement motivation of teachers that is equal to 54.1% (2) there is a significant relationship between school climate on achievement motivation that is equal to 75,0% (3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture on achievement motivation is equal to 30.5% (4) there is a significant together relationship between principal leadership, school climate and organizational culture on achievement motivation of teachers is 81.2% Keywords: achievement motivation, school leadership, school climate, organizational culture Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru di SD Negeri Metro Barat (2) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru (3) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru (4) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan, iklim sekolah, budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisoner dengan jumlah sampel 47 orang dan pertanyaan 104 butir. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru SD sebesar 54,1%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru yaitu sebesar 75,0%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru sebesar 30,5%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan budaya organisasi guru terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru sebesar 81,2%.
