Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

The problem of this research how the grade of discourse readingness on Indonesian text book “Academic and Self Expression” for grade X through closed test is. This research is intended for gaining description of discourse readingness in Indonesian text book “Academic and Self Expression” for grade X. The method which is used in the research wasqualitative descriptive. Research data is discourse in Indonesian text book “Academic and Self Expression” for grade X. Data analysis technique is closed test technique. The result of the research shown that the students who got score ≥ 61 were 22 students, 44–60 were 18 students, and ≤ 40 were none. The average of students’ score to five discourses was 64,28. The percentage of test result of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kotabumi Grade X Academic Year 2013/2014 were: Independent readers were 55%, Instructional readers were 37% , and Frustated Readers were 8%. Thus, discourse readingness in Indonesian text book “Academic and Self Expression” for grade X was grouped into high discourse or easy to be understood by students grade X. Key words: closed test,discourse,readingness,, text book Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat keterbacaan wacana pada buku teks Bahasa Indonesia “Ekspresi Diri dan Akademik” untuk Kelas X melalui tes klose.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran deskriptif mengenai keterbacaan wacana buku teks Bahasa Indonesia “Ekspresi Diri dan Akademik” untuk Kelas X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa wacana dalam buku teks Bahasa Indonesia “Ekspresi Diri dan Akademik” untuk Kelas X. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik tes Klose. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mendapat nilai ≥ 61 sebanyak 22, yang mendapat skor nilai 44–60 sebanyak 18, dan yang mendapat nilai≤ 40 tidak ada.Rata-rata nilai siswa terhadap kelima wacana sebesar 64,28. Persentase hasil tes Klose siswaSMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kotabumi Kelas X Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 yang tergolong sebagai pembaca Independen sebanyak 55%, pembaca Instruksional 37% , dan pembaca Frustasi sebesar 8%. Dengan demikian, keterbacaan wacana buku teks Bahasa Indonesia “Ekspresi Diri dan Akademik” untuk Kelas X tergolong wacana tinggi atau mudah dipahami oleh siswa kelas X.
