Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang: 1)Context, berkaitan dengan visi, misi, dan kemitraan program life skills menjahit 2)Input, meliputi kurikulum, ketersediaan sarana, prasarana, peserta didik, dan tenaga pendidik program life skills menjahit 3)Process meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanakan serta penilaian hasil belajar program life skills menjahit 4)Product terdiri dari; membuat pola, memotong pola, mengoperasikan mesin, menjahit, dan mengobras. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi Context Input Process Product (CIPP). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta program life skills menjahit pada SMP Terbuka 3 Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1)komponen context meliputi visi sudah sesuai dengan PP no 22 tahun 2006. Misinya melayani anak-anak tamatan SD/MI yang berusia 13 – 15 tahun atau, maksimal 18 tahun yang kurang beruntung karena keadaan sosial ekonomi, keterbatasan fasilitas transportasi, kondisi geografis atau menghadapi kendala waktu untuk mencari nafkah sendiri atau membantu orang tua bekerja, sehingga tidak memungkinkan mereka untuk mengikuti pelajaran sebagai siswa SMP reguler. Tujuan program life skills SMP Terbuka 3 Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah memberikan keterampilan dasar menjahit. Kemitraan SMP terbuka Negeri 3 Terbanggi Besar dengan lembaga keterampilan belum ada 2)komponen input meliputi: struktur kurikulum 10% teori, 90% praktik dengan beban belajar total 48 jam pelajaran, ketersedian sarana prasarana menjahit cukup lengkap, guru memiliki keahlian menjahit. 3)komponen process meliputi: Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) sesuai silabus, pelaksanaan pembelajaran siswa aktif dan motivasi siswa tinggi, penilaian hasil belajar dilaksanakan dengan tes unjuk kerja. 4)komponen Product meliputi: kompetensi keterampilan siswa; 77,50% tuntas membuat pola, 75,56% tuntas memotong pola, 76,67% tuntas mengoperasikan alat menjahit, 75,56% tuntas menjahit, dan 87,50% tuntas dalam keterampilan mengobras. Secara keseluruhan program life skills menjahit tuntas 78,56%. Kata kunci : evaluasi, keterampilan, menjahit This research is intended to describe: 1) Context, related to vision, mission, heaim of the program, and partnership of life skill program sewing, 2) Input that covers; curriculum, the availability of facilities, infrastructure,instructors and the student of life skill program sewing, 3) Process, that covers; planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning output of life skill program sewing, 4) Product, that covers; making pattern, cutting pattern, operating sewing machine, sewing, and hemming. The research was done using CIPP approach. The subjects of the research are the students of life skill program sewing of Open Junior High School 3 in Terbanggi Besar, Middle Lampung. Observation and documentation are used as the techniques of data collection. The data is analyzed using descriptive quantitative method. Based on the research, it can be concluded that: 1) Vision and Mission are already suitable that is; the vision of life skills program in Open Junior High School independent and qualified, the quality of the graduates is equal with regular junior high school,; the mission is to serve the graduates of elementary school (SD/MI) aged 13-15 years, or maximum 18 years old who are unlucky because of the socio-economic condition, lack of transportation facilities, geographical condition, or having no time because they have to work or help their parents work so its difficult for them to join the regular junior high school; there is no partnership yet between Open Junior High School 3 Terbanggi Besar and skill education institution; 2) the curriculum structure 10% theory, 90% practice with the total learning of 48 hours, the facilities and infrastructure of sewing, are quite complete, instructors sewing skill, the participant of this program are devided into 19 women and 11 men. 3) the planning of learning using RPP is suitable, the learning process is interactive and motivates students; the evaluation is done using practice test. 4) the students’ skill competence 77.50% students are able to make pattern, 75.56% students are able to cut pattern, 76,67% students are able to operate sewing machine, 75.56% students are able to sew, and 87.50% students are able to hem Inthe wholeworld life skill sewing has 78,56%. succesfully.
