Abstract
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis upah minimum provinsi, produk domestic regional bruto dan investasi swasta secara parsial serta secara bersama-sama. Data yang digunakan adalah data runtun waktu tahun 2000-2012, dengan menggunakan model regresi berganda dengan pendekatan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Upah MinimumProvinsi,PDRB dan investai swasta berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Berdasarkan perhitungan elastisitas penyerapan tenaga kerja, diperoleh hasil variabel Upah MinimumProvinsi sebesar -0,84%, variabel PDRB sebesar 2,04%, dan variabel investasi swasta sebesar 0,16%. Kata Kunci: Upah Minimum Provinsi, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Investasi Swasta, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Ordinary Least Square (OLS) ABSTRAK INGGRIS The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the provincial minimum wage, gross regional domestic product and private investment as well as the partially together. The data used are time series data years 2000-2012, using a multiple regression model approach Ordinary Least Square method (OLS), the results of this study indicate that partial MinimumProvinsi wages, GDP and private investment effect on employment. Based on the calculation of elasticity of employment, wages MinimumProvinsi variable results obtained by -0.84%, the variable GDP of 2.04%, and variable private investment by 0.16%. Keywords: Provincial Minimum Wage, Gross Domestic Product, Private Investment, Labor Absorption, Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
