Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap pemberdayaan psikologis dan kinerja manajerial. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, penelitian ini dilakukan di sektor perbankan, terutama di Sumatera bagian Selatan yang termasuk dalam wilayah Lampung, Palembang, jambi dan Bengkulu. Menurut 74 responden, kami menganalisis data dengan menggunakan alat uji Structural equation Modelling (SEM) smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis terdukung. Namun, hipotesis 2 hanya sebagian yang terdukung. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengukuran kinerja memungkinkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja manajerial baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pemberdayaan psikologis.
