ABSTRACT Smoking banned image on cigarette packs is a health education for smokers and potential smokers. Smoking cesation is an act to leave the habit of smoking. This stage consists of pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance. This study aimed to determine the relationship of attitude about smoking risk warning image on cigarette pack with family head that smoke in stage of smoking cessation in Restu Baru Village of Rumbia District in Central Lampung. This study used a descriptive analytical method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study, consist of 205 respondents, was taken by proportional random sampling method. The data analysis used Chi-Square hypothesis test. This study was identified by the questionnaire and interview directly to the respondents. The results showed that 96 respondents (46.8%) have negative attitude, which were dominated by 48 respondent (23.4%) in pre-contemplation stage. Respondents who have positive attitude is109 respondents (53.2%), which were dominated by 67 respondents (32.7%) in contemplation stage. The results of data analysis using Chi Square test with α= 0.05 found that there is a significant relationship between attitude about smoking risk warning image on cigarette pack with family head that smoke with p-value= 0.001 and CI = 0.001-0.015. Keywords: Smokers, smoking ban and smoking cessation. ABSTRAK Peringatan k esehatan ber upa gambar di bungkus rokok merupakan pendid ikan kesehatan bagi perokok dan calon perokok . Berhenti merokok adalah tindakan untuk meninggalk an kebiasaan merokok. Tahapan ini terdiri dari tahap prekontemplasi, kontemplasi, persiapan, aksi dan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap tentang peringatan bahaya merokok ber upa g ambar pada kemasan rokok dengan tahapan berhenti merokok pada Kepala Keluarga perokok di Desa Restu Baru Kecamatan Rumbia Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 205 responden diambil dengan metode proportional random sampling . Analisis data ini menggunakan uji hipotesis Chi - Square , Penelitian ini diidentifikasi dengan alat bantu k uesioner dan wawancara langsung kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 96 orang responden (46,8%) bersikap negatif , dimana responden dominan berada pada tahap prekontemplasi sebanyak 48 orang (23,4%). Responden yang memiliki sikap positif sebanyak 109 orang responden (53,2%), dimana tahap kontemplasi mendominasi, yakni sejumlah 67 orang responden (32,7%). Hasil analisis data menggunakan Chi Square dengan α= 0,05 didapatkan bahwa t erdapat hubungan berma kna antara peringatan bahaya merokok berupa gambar dengan tahapan berhenti merokok pada kepala keluarg a perokok dengan p - value = 0,001 dan IK= 0, 001 - 0,015 . Kata Kunci: Berhenti merokok, peringatan kesehatan, perokok.
