Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran geografi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Natar tahun ajaran 2013/2014, (2) pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran geografi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Natar tahun ajaran 2013/2014, (3) pengaruh media pembelajaran dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran geografi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Natar tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian menggunakan metode ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Natar tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sejumlah 135 siswa, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 100 siswa yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) media pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi, besarnya sumbangan pengaruh (r2) yaitu 30 persen, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti guru, kurikulum, program serta lingkungan, (2) kemandirian belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi, besarnya sumbangan pengaruh (r2) yaitu 20,9 persen, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti minat, kecerdasan, bakat, kemampuan kognitif serta fisiologis, (3) media pembelajaran dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi, besarnya sumbangan pengaruh (R2) yaitu 33,9 persen, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti guru, kurikulum, program, lingkungan, minat, kecerdasan, bakat, kemampuan kognitif serta fisiologis. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kemandirian belajar, media pembelajaran ABSTRACT This study aims to find out (1) the effect of learning media on learning outcomes on the subjects of geography social science students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Natar academic year 2013/2014, (2) the effect of learning independence on learning outcomes on the subjects of geography social science students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Natar academic year 2013/2014, (3) the effect of learning media and learning independence collectively on learning outcomes on the subjects of geography social science students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Natar academic year 2013/2014. The research using ex post facto. The population in this research is the social science students of class XI on SMA Negeri 1 Natar academic year 2013/2014 with 135 students, with a sample of 100 students obtained using proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed (1) learning media effect on student learning outcomes on the subjects of geography, the contribution of the effect (r2) is about 30 percent, the rest is influenced by other factors such as teacher, curriculum, programs and environment, (2) independence learning effect on student learning outcomes on the subjects of geography, the contribution of the effect (r2) is about 20,9 percent, the rest is influenced by other factors such as interest, intelligence, talents, cognitive ability and physiological, (3) learning media and learning independence collectively effect on student learning outcomes on the subjects of geography, the contribution of the effect (R2) is about 33,9 percent, the rest is influenced by other factors such as teacher, curriculum, programs, environment, interest, intelligence, talents, cognitive ability and physiological.
