Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Komunikasi antarpribadi adalah komunikasi antar komunikator dengan komunikan, komunikasi jenis ini dianggap paling efektif dalam upaya mengubah sikap, pendapat atau perilaku seseorang, karena sifatnya yang dialogis berupa percakapan. Arus balik bersifat langsung, komunikator mengetahui tanggapan komunikan seketika itu juga. Pada saat komunikasi dilancarkan, komunikator mengetahui secara pasti apakah komunikasinya ditanggapi positif atau negatif, komunikasi antarpribadi dapat memberikan kesempatan pada komunikan untuk bertanya seluas-luasnya dan dalam pertemuan tersebut memungkinkan bagi setiap partisipannya dalam menangkap reaksi lawan bicara secara langsung, baik secara verbal maupun non-verbal. Sebagai contoh adalah, antar teman sejawat, suami istri, guru dan murid serta percakapan antar dua sahabat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan komunikasi antarpribadi guru musik dengan murid di Pondok Daud Musik Periode Juni 2014-November 2014 dalam belajar musik. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan dan lain-lain. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimanakah peranan komunikasi antarpribadi antara guru dan murid di Pondok Daud Musik periode Juni 2014-November 2014 dalam belajar musik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa kemampuan pendekatan antar pribadi guru-guru Pondok Daud Musik dalam membimbing murid-muridnya sudah berjalan dengan baik, walaupun ada beberapa hal yang harus ditingkatkan. Terdapat 3 kualitas yang dikatakan sudah sangat berperan baik ( Empati, sikap mendukung, dan kesetaraan). Sedangkan 2 kualitas yang lain dikatakan cukup berperan dan mesti ditingkatkan (Keterbukaan dan sikap positif) dan tidak ada satupun kualitas yang tidak berperan dalam komunikasi antarpribadi guru musik dengan muridnya. Sikap empati, sikap mendukung, dan kesetaraan yang diterapkan oleh guru sudah sangat baik sehingga para murid merasakan ketiga kualitas tersebut. Guru yang berempati mampu merasakan perasaan dan keinginan murid, dalam hal ini guru-guru sudah mampu memahami. Para murid juga merasa guru-guru tidak mengecilkan status mereka yang masih murid. Hal ini menimbulkan sinergi yang baik, guru-guru pun sudah memberi dukungan penuh yang sudah sangat jelas dirasakan oleh murid-muridnya. Dengan pendekatan – pendekatan itu didapatkan bahwa murid – murid jadi lebih semangat dalam belajar musik, menjadi lebih aktif dan mau mengikuti pembelajaran sampai akhir. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi antarpribadi, guru musik, murid belajar musik ABSTRACT Interpersonal communication is communication between communicators with the communicant, this kind of communication is considered the most effective in changing attitudes, opinions or behavior of a person, because it is a dialogical form of conversation. Reverse flow is direct, communicators know communicant response when it too. At the time the communication was launched, communicators know for sure whether positive or negative communication, success or failure. If he can give a chance to the communicant to ask the widest and the meeting allowed for each participants in the capture reaction of the other person directly, either verbally or non-verbally. For example, among peers, the parents, teachers and students as well as a conversation between two friends. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of interpersonal communication with the music teacher pupil at Pondok Daud Music Period June 2014-November 2014 to study music. This study used a qualitative research type. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the subject of the study such behavior, perception, motivation, action and others. The focus of this research was to determine how the role of interpersonal communication between teachers and students in the Pondok Daud Music period June 2014-November 2014 to study music. Based on the research results that the ability of interpersonal approach teachers Pondok Daud Music in guiding the students has been going well, although there are some things that should be improved. There are three qualities are said to have been very instrumental good (Empathy, being supportive, and equality). While two other qualities must be quite instrumental and improved (Disclosure and positive attitude) and none of the qualities that do not play a role in interpersonal communication with his music teacher. Empathetic, supportive attitude, and equality applied by teachers has been very good so that the students feel these three qualities. Teachers who empathize able to sense the feelings and desires of the students, in this case the teachers have been able to understand. The students also felt the teachers did not shrink the status of those who are still students. This raises a good synergy, teachers were already fully support that has been very clearly perceived by the students. With the approach - the approach it was found that the students - students learn so much passion in music, become more active and willing to follow the learning until the end.
