Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi dengan penerapan model quantum teaching, (2) Meningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi dengan penerapan model quantum teaching. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas pada siswa kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Kalirejo pada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan teknik tes pada setiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian: (1) Peningkatkan aktivitas belajar disetiap siklusnya yaitu pada siklus I persentasenya 73.33%, siklus II persentasenya 76.94% dan siklus III persentasenya 93.54%, (2) Peningkatan hasil belajar disetiap siklusnya yaitu pada siklus I persentasenya 43.33%, siklus II persentasenya 81.81% dan siklus III persentasenya 100%. Dengan demikian menunjukan bahwa: (1) penerapan model quantum teaching dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi, (2) penerapan model quantum teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi. Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, model quantum teaching ABSTRACT The study aimed to, 1) Improving student learning activities in the subjects of geography with the application of quantum models of teaching , 2) Improve student learning outcomes in subjects geography with application of quantum models of teaching. The method used in this research is classroom action research on students class XI IPS 4 SMAN 1 Kalirejo in the school year 2013/2014. Data was collected by observation and engineering tests at the end of each cycle. research result: 1) Enhancing the learning activities in each cycle is the first cycle percentage is 73.33%, second cycle percentage 76.94% and 93.54% third cycle percentage ,2) Improved learning outcomes in each cycle is the first cycle percentage is 43.33%, the percentage is 81.81 % second cycle and third cycle percentage is 100%. Therefore the application of: (1) Application of quantum model of teaching can improve students' learning activities on the subjects of geography, (2) Application of quantum model of teaching can improve student learning outcomes in subjects geography.
