Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatory (explanatory research) atau uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan BUMN PT. Telkom (Persero) Kantor Divisi Akses Kedaton Bandar Lampung dengan responden dalam penelitian ini 41 karyawan yang bekerja di Telkom. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 2.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diketahui secara parsial bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sementara itu, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan produktivitas kerja karyawan ABSTRACT This study was aimed to investigated the influence of work environment and motivation toward the employees productivity. This research is an explanatory (explanatory research) or hypotheses. This research was conducted in the state-owned PT. Telkom (Persero) Access Division Office Kedaton Bandar Lampung respondents in this study with 41 employess working at Telkom. In the authors collected data using a questionnaire instruments that are open. Data analysis used doubled linear regression by using SPSS 2.0. Based on regression’s result analysis, known partially that work environment has did not influence towards employee productivity and motivation has significant influence towards employee productivity. Meanwhile, work environment and motivation influence as simultaneously towards employee productivity. Keywords: work environment, motivation and employee productivity
