Abstrak

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan: 1) Peningkatan aktivitas belajar matematika melalui metode pemberian tugas; 2) peningkatan prestasi belajar matematika melalui metode pemberian tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Action Research Classroom), melalui tiga siklus. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukan bahwa aktivitas siswa rata-rata 67,5 %, prestasi belajar siswa rata-rata 64,28. Pada siklus II menunjukan aktivitas siswa rata-rata 77 %, prestasi belajar rata-rata 70,65. Pada siklus III aktivitas siswa rata-rata 93 %, prestasi belajar rata-rata 76,58. Kata Kunci : Aktivitas, Prestasi belajar, metode pemberian tugas.
