Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Labuhan Ratu Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan : (1) Dukungan Tim pengembang sekolah terhadap program kerja sekolah (2) Kompetensi guru dan sarana prasarana. (3) Pelaksanaan program kerja sekolah. (4) Prestasi siswa di bidang akademik dan non akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi evaluasi model CIPP. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan reduksi, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program kerja Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu Kota Bandar Lampung sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik hal itu bisa dilihat dari optimalnya dukungan dari Tim Pengembang Sekolah (TPS) dalam penyusunan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program kerja sekolah. Tim Pengembang Sekolah perlu meningkatkan intensitas pertemuan guna membahas program kerja. Guru harus memiliki pengetahuan IPTEK dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profeisonal. Selain itu, penambahan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah serta pelaksanaan program kerja secara tepat dan terjadwal lebih dikembangkan untuk dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa SDN 2 Labuhan Ratu Kota Bandar Lampung yang berimbas terhadap mutu dan kualitas sekolah. Abstact Bahasa Indonesia This study was conducted in SDN 2 Labuan Ratu, Bandar Lampung City. This study aimed to analyze and describe: (1) school development team towards school work program, (2) competence of teachers and school facilities, (3) Implementation of school work program, (4) achievement of the students in academic or non-academic. This study used a qualitative method using CIPP model evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using such techniques as data reduction, data display and conclusion. The result showed that the implementatation of school work had been done well. It can be seen from the optimal support from scholl development team in arrangement, implementation and school work evaluation. School development team need to increase their meeting to discuss their work program. Furthermore, teachers must have knowledge in developing their profesionalism. Beside that, additional and taking care of school facilities and the implementation of school work accurately should be more improved in order to increase the students achievement that affected in the grade and quality of SDN 2 Labuhan Ratu
