Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah pengunaan gadget oleh siswa kelas V SD yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ex-postfacto. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah angket. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN se-Gugus Seruni 1 yang berjumlah 120 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hasil perhitungan pengaruh kebiasaan penggunaan gadget terhadap hasil belajar siswa diperoleh nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yaitu “Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebiasaan penggunaan gadget terhadap hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas V SD di Kecamatan Pringsewu”. Besaran korelasi dilihat dari nilai pearson correlaton yakni sebesar -0,615, yang artinya memiliki korelasi yang tinggi kearah negatif Kata Kunci: penggunaan gadget, hasil belajar, siswa kelas V. The problem in this research focuses on the use of gadgets by fifth-grade elementary school students in their learning process. This study aimed to determine the effect of gadget usage on the thematic learning outcomes of fifth-grade students. This research employed a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto research method. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The population and sample consisted of all fifth-grade students across SDN Gugus Seruni 1, totaling 120 students. The research findings showed that the calculation of the effect of gadget usage habits on student learning outcomes yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means "There is a significant effect of gadget usage habits on the thematic learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in Pringsewu District." The correlation magnitude, as seen from the Pearson correlation value of -0.615, indicated a high negative correlation. Keywords: gadget usage, learning outcomes, fifth-grade students
