Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas masalah tentang rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS di kelas IV SD Negeri 16 Gedong Tataan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh model active learning berbasis question card terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Quasi Eksperimen Design dengan jenis Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 yang terdiri dari kelas IV A 22 peserta didik dan kelas IV B 22 peserta didik yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non-tes. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan pada model active learning berbasis media question card terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas IV SD pada mata pelajaran IPAS di SDN 16 Gedong Tataan. This research discussed the issue of low critical thinking skills among fourth- grade students in the IPAS subject at SD Negeri 16 Gedong Tataan. The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of the active learning model based on question cards on students’ critical thinking skills. This study employed a quantitative method with a Quasi-Experimental Design, specifically the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 42 students, with Class IV A comprising 22 students and Class IV B comprising 20 students, selected through purposive sampling. Data collected through test and non-test techniques. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the use of the active learning model with question cards had a significant impact on the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students in the IPAS subject at SDN 16 Gedong Tataan.
