Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan demometrik dengan menggunakan data time series dengan sampel 12 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2012-2012 dengan daerah penelitian adalah Bandar Lampung. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode rata-rata kuadrat terkecil atau Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor-sektor perekonomian di Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan variabel independen yaitu jumlah penduduk dan PDRB sektoral masing- masing sektor perekonomian untuk menganalisis kemampuan penyerapan tenaga kerja masing-masing sektor. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa jumlah penduduk berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor perdagangan, hotel, dan restoran, pengangkutan dan komunikasi, lembaga keuangan dan PDRB sektoral mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja seluruh sektor perekonomian Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci : demometrik, penyerapan tenaga kerja sektoral, jumlah penduduk, PDRB sektoral ABSTRACT This study uses demometrik approach using time series data with sample 12 years ie from 2012 to 2012 with the area of research is Bandar Lampung. Analyzer used in this research is the method of least squares mean or Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions of employment sectors of the economy in Bandar Lampung using the independent variable is the number of population and PDRB sectoral each sector of the economy to analyze the ability of employment in each sector. Based on the results of data processing showed that the population of the employment effect on trade, hotels and restaurants, transport and communications, financial institutions and sectoral PDRB affect employment throughout the economy Bandar Lampung.
