Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pola konsumsi masyarakat pra sejahtera dengan masyarakat sejahtera di Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah rumah tangga di Kelurahan Kebon Jeruk dan Kelurahan Perumnas Way Kandis, dalam proses mendapatkan sampel penelitian dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner sebanyak 109 kuisioner untuk masing-masing kelurahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pola konsumsi masyarakat pra sejahtera dengan masyarakat sejahtera yang diukur dari konsumsi pangan dan non pangan, yaitu terdiri dari konsumsi makanan, konsumsi pakaian, keperluan rumah tangga, kesehatan, kebersihan, pendidikan, perumahan, rekreasi dan tabungan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa masyarakat pra sejahtera memiliki konsumsi yang lebih besar dari masyarakat sejahtera dalam hal konsumsi makanan dan transportasi. Sedangkan untuk konsumsi pakaian, keperluan rumah tangga, kesehatan, kebersihan, pendidikan, perumahan, rekreasi dan tabungan, masyarakat sejahtera memiliki konsumsi yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan dengan masyarakat pra sejahtera. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan alat analisis uji beda terbukti bahwa terdapat perbedaan besarnya pengeluaran rata-rata per bulan untuk keluarga di masing-masing kelurahan meskipun mempunyai mata pencaharian yang sama. Kata Kunci : Pola Konsumsi, Masyarakat Pra Sejahtera Dengan Masyarakat Sejahtera dan Studi Komparatif, paired sample t-test. Analysis of Consumption Pattern residents of Bandar Lampung (Comparative Study of prosperous Society and Welfare Society) This study aimed to compare the consumption patterns of prosperous Society with a Welfare Society in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study was households in the Kebon Jeruk Village and Perumnas Way Kandis Village, in the process of obtaining a sample study conducted questionnaires a total of 109 questionnaires for each village. The results showed that there were differences in the consumption of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco for Welfare Society do not have the expenses for Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, whereas for the prosperous Society of 5.20% for alcoholic beverages and 12.6% for tobacco consumption. The result using the analysis of paired sample t-test showed that there was a significant difference from the pattern of consumption of Kebon Jeruk Village with consumption patterns Perumnas Way Kandis Village. So the hypothesis which says there are differences in consumption patterns with prosperous Society and Welfare Society in Bandar Lampung accepted.
