Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap tindakan pengusaha dalam menghadapi MEA 2015. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di HIPMI Lampung yang merupakan wadah bagi pengusaha muda lampung. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pada tingkat pengetahuan pengusaha tentang MEA 2015 berada pada kategori pengetahuan tinggi yaitu sebesar 69%, kemudian pada tahap sikap pengusaha terhadap MEA 2015 cenderung bersikap positif yaitu sebesar 85%, dan pada tahap tindakan pengusaha dalam menghadapi MEA 2015 cenderung melakukan tindakan dengan progresifitas sedang yaitu sebesar 69%. Dari hasil uji korelasi kendals, tingkat pengetahuan memiliki arah hubungan negatif yang sangat lemah namun, tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tindakan pengusaha dalam menghadapi MEA 2015. Sedangkan, Sikap memiliki arah hubungan yang positif yang sangat lemah namun, tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tindakan pengusaha dalam menghadapi MEA 2015. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Tindakan, MEA 2015 Abstract The purpose of this reseach was to find out knowledge and attitude effect of enterpreneurs action to face AEC 2015. The method of this reseach is deskriptive reseach by using quantitative approach. This reseach was done in HIPMI Lampung which is be the place for young enterpreneurs of Lampung. Data collection tehnique of this reseach is spread questionnaire to 52 respondents. Based on the result of reseach showed that the level of knowledge enterpreneur about AEC 2015 is in high category level that is 69%, then on stage of enterpreneurs attitude to AEC 2015 tend to positive attitude that is 85%, and on the stage of enterpreneur action tend the action by moderate progression that is 69%. From the result of kendals correlation test, level of knowledge has a very low negative direction correlation. however, has no significant to enterpreneurs action to face AEC 2015. While, attitude has very low positive direction correlation and has no significant correlation to enterpreneurs action to face AEC 2015. Keyword : Knowledge, Attitude, action, AEC 2015
