Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari rasio-rasio keuangan (Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, dan Rasio Profitabilitas) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dan masuk dalam index Food and Beverages secara berturut-turut tahun 2010-2013. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive judgment sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ada, maka didapat 16 perusahaan sampel penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari tiga variabel yang diajui, yaitu: Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, dan Rasio Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Profitabilitas, Harga Saham. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence on financial ratio (liquidityratio, solvability ratio, and profitability ratio) to the stock price on the companies listed on the Stock Exchange and included in the index Food and Beverages in a row 2010-2013. Selection of the sample in this study was obtained by using method purposive judgment sampling. Based on the criteria, then acquired 16 companies sample. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that of the three variables : liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, and profitability ratio has a significant effect on stock prices.
