Abstract

Hipertensi adalah faktor resiko ketiga terbesar di dunia yang menyebabkan kematian. Untuk menangani kasus hipertensi, diperlukan sebuah pedoman yaitu JNC 7. Pada pemberian obat anti hipertensi sering terjadi Drug Related Problems (DRPs) kategori dosis. DRPs merupakan suatu kejadian yang berpotensial mengganggu keberhasilan penyembuhan yang dikehendaki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Drug Related Problems (DRPs) kategori dosis pada pemberian obat anti hipertensi dengan kondisi tekanan darah penderita hipertensi di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro tahun 2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik komparatif dengan desain retrocpective cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rekam medis pasien dengan metode proporsional random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Analisis data bivariat penelitian ini menggunakan analisis chisquare. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 153 sampel rekam medis penderita hipertensi. Kejadian DRPs kategori dosis pada pemberian obat antihipertensi sebanyak 18,3%. Penderita hipertensi di Poliklinik Rawat Jalan Penyakit Dalam RSUD Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro tahun 2014 yang mencapai target pengobatan sebanyak 22,9%. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan kejadian Drug Related Problem (DRPs) kategori dosis dengan ketidaktercapaian tekanan darah target (p=0,028). To handle hypertension cases, JNC 7 guidelines is needed. Using of the antihypertensive drugs often occurs Drug Related Problems (DRPs) for dosage category. DRPs is an event that can potentially interfere the desired healing achievement. The purpose of this study is to determine relationship DRPs for dosage category in administrating antihypertensive drug to the blood pressure condition of hypertensive patients at internal outpatient clinic of Jenderal Ahmad Yani Metro Hospital 2014. This study uses analytic comparative with cross sectional retrospective design. The sampling uses medical records of patients with proportional random sampling methode. Data analysis are univariate and bivariate. The bivariate data analysis of this study using chi-square. This study used 153 samples of medical records with hypertension. The incidence of DRPs for dosage categories on antihypertensive drugs administration is 18.3%. Hypertensive patients at internal outpatient clinic of Jenderal Ahmad Yani Hospital Metro 2014 which reaching treatment targets is 22.9%. Bivariate analysis showed there a relationship the incidence of DRPs for dosage category with blood pressure target inaccesibility (p = 0.028).
