Abstract

Abstrak MODEL E-LEADERSHIP SMK SWASTA KOTA BANDARLAMPUNG (STUDI KOMPARATIF PADA GURU SMK SWASTA YANG SENJANG SECARA DIGITAL DI KOTA BANDARLAMPUNG) Oleh Jerry Pratama Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1. Mengungkapkan model e-leadership SMK swasta di Kota Bandarlampung, 2. Mengetahui perbedaan model e-leadership SMK swasta di Kota Bandarlampung yang senjang secara digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Chin dan Chang (2008) dan mengunakan metode penelitian survey dengan tipe penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak dan jumlah unit analisis sampel dengan proporsional sampel adalah 119 guru. Hasil uji-t menunjukan ada perbedaan e-leadership kepala sekolah SMK swasta yang senjang secara digital. Dimana t hitung (128,360) > t tabel (1,65) maka Ho ditolak. Penelitian ini didasari oleh persepsi guru terhadap kepala sekolah mereka. Hal yang penting agar terciptanya kepemimpinan teknologi, bahwa kepala sekolah harus memiliki komunikasi antarpribadi yang baik. Model pada penelitian ini menggunakan diagram batang untuk menunjukkan perbedaan nilainya pada setiap dimensi kepemimpinan teknologi. Kata kunci : persepsi guru, kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan teknologi. Abstract E-LEADERSHIP MODEL OF SMK SWASTA IN BANDARLAMPUNG (COMPARATIVE STUDY AT SMK SWASTA WHO ARE DIGITAL DIVIDE IN BANDARLAMPUNG) By Jerry Pratama The purpose of this research are: 1. To reveal e-leadership model of SMK swasta in Bandarlampung, 2. To know the difference e-leadership model of SMK swasta who are digital divide in Bandarlampung. This research uses the theory of Chin and Chang (2008) and survey research method with quantitative research type. The sampling technique was done randomly and the number of unit of analysys with a proportional sample was 119 teachers. The results of t-test showed the difference e-leadership of principal SMK swasta who are digital divide. When t-value is bigger than t-table (128,360>1,65), therefore Ho is rejected. This research is based on teachers perceptions of their principal. The most important thing for creation of e-leadership, the principal must have good communication interpersonal. Model in this research using a bar chart to show the difference in scores on each dimension of e-leadership. Keywords : teacher perception, principal, e-leadership.
